Tip: For a creamier texture, do not rinse before cooking. Add more liquid and continuously stir with a whisk while cooking.

STOVE TOP

Combine ¾ cup rice grits and 2¾ cups water or stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool slightly before eating, and enjoy!
