Shipping policy

We want you to be happy, in fact it makes us happy just thinking about it. Quality is Job #1, so we mill fresh daily. After you order we will let you know when your rice ships and when you get it home, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied, send us an email or give us a call and we will make it right. However, since we are selling food products we cannot accept returns and orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
