Bring the Ralston Family Farms rice grits and chicken broth to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. If too thick, stir in a bit more chicken broth or water to make creamy.

Remove from the heat and stir in the butter, cream cheese, wing sauce, and ranch dressing mix until combined. Then stir in chicken and shredded cheddar cheese.
