Before cooking, always take a moment to carefully examine, sort, and rinse Black Lentils well. No soaking is required prior to cooking, making preparation simple and convenient.

STOVE TOP

INSTANT POT

Use 2 to 2.5 cups of liquid per 1 cup of dry Black Lentils. Do not fill over halfway. Cook on High Pressure for 2 to 4 minutes. Allow natural pressure release for at least 5 minutes.
