Old Fashioned Rice Pudding

This very traditional dish can be enjoyed for desert or breakfast with a generous topping of fresh berries. One of our favorite things to do is to make a big batch of this on Sunday night and enjoy throughout the week for breakfast! Looking to add a bit of variety? Get creative with your toppings: fresh berries, stewed pears, peaches, apricots…the possibilities are endless!
