Blessed to be a Blessing
Something interesting happens when you put a family together in business. The strengths of the individual becomes the strengths of the whole. We all sort of rub off on one another, making us as a family more like the best pieces of one another.
Core values are an essential part of any business, and they get a little easier to define when you have grown up with them all your life. The corner stone to our value system is our faith. We believe that we are blessed to be a blessing. In life one must both receive and extend. If we only receive we become gluttonous with our blessings. It is the extending that allows room for more receiving.
Our way of extending is through our "Family to Family" outreach program. Ralston Family Farms dedicates a percentage of our rice to food banks in our region and all over the state of Arkansas. This is not something we say for our own glory, but to glorify our God who has made it possible and our customers without which we could not keep running.
We are blessed to be a blessing.
