10 Minute Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Jasmine
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chicken, diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bag of steam-in-bag peas and carrots
- 2 green onions
- 1 egg
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups cooked protein of choice (chicken, shrimp, tofu, etc.)
Instructions
- Cook chicken with a little butter in your skillet, while cook peas and carrots in the microwave.
- Remove chicken from the pan and add tablespoon of butter.
- Sauté cooked peas and carrots in the pan with green onions and garlic.
- Once the green onions are tender, move vegetables to the side of the pan.
- Add in the egg, then scramble.
- Return chicken to skillet with cooked rice and soy sauce.
- Add protein if desired.
