We mill our rice fresh to order, ensuring exceptional quality. We are committed to a zero-waste process, utilizing all byproducts from the milling process in a sustainable and secondary manner.
Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir once, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 45 minutes until rice is tender and has absorbed all the liquid. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
For best results, we recommend using a rice cooker.
