COOKING DIRECTIONS
3/4 cup of rice
2 1/4 cups water
Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir once, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir once before serving and enjoy!
