Recipe
Mango Purple Sticky Rice
This recipe is inspired by travels to Thailand. Mango sticky rice is a popular dessert there. The texture & the sweet & savory combo is an incredible combination! This purple style mixup is a mashup of Japanese style purple rice. Purple rice has a more firm texture & basmati has a fluffier texture. The two work so well together.
